Delivery.

The delivery of products to our customers will be made by certified airmail managed by a prestigious international firm who covers more than 80,000 destinies.
The delivery time will be of 2 to 14 days from the moment the transaction has been approved and depending whether the customer is located in the American continent, Europe, Asia or Oceania.

Returns.

On the return of a product because of damage or other motive caused during its transportation, an inmediate replacement of the item will be made and the company will make a claim to the insurance company that covers the product.

Cancellation

A cancellation will only be possible if it is made within the 24 hours after the transaction has been completed.

The customer must get in touch with the store through our Contact Us link and place his desire of not making the purchase within the established time limit. The rebate of the amount paid will be made directly to his Visa credit card.

The Wipersac.com products sent to its customers are conveniently packaged with suitable material resistant to impact and blows common during shipment. For this purpose we use synthetic material such as plastic foam and others who will provide adequate protection to delicate products.
